GOTGM began as a group that worked as a liaison between high kill shelters and rescue groups pulling animals that needed medical treatment, getting treatment and vetting done and then giving to the rescue group. GOTGM did the fundraising to pay for vetting, rescues kept the adoption fees. We have what is known as the Doggie Den where up to 2 pregnant momma dogs at a time can be pulled from shelters and kept safe to have their babies and stay until the pups are at least 8 weeks old and available for adoption. More recently GOTGM began growing a foster base of our own. We now pull dogs facing euthanasia that may need heartworm treatment, broken bones mended, or need emergency medical care (hit by care) and adopt them out ourselves when they are ready to go. We have a great core group of volunteers and expanding as are the services we provide in saving pets.

Gram Rescue Ranch's goal is to "Take a bite out of shelters, one dog at a time!" We believe that all animals have the right to live in a loving home, and we strive to find homes for those animals that have been abused, abandoned or otherwise needing a new home.

Our mission it to rescue, rehabilitate, and find homes for dogs in need (and a few cats, too)! Our dream is that one day, we won't have to. MERCY: An event to be grateful for, because it’s occurrence prevents something unpleasant or provides relief from suffering. RESCUE: Save from a dangerous or distressing situation. HAVEN: A place of safety or refuge. Mercy Rescue Haven is an animal rescue group located in Upstate SC. MRH was founded after the rescue of Mercy, a pit bull mix that was found starving and alone. Mercy passed away 5 months after her rescue due to leukemia, this rescue is to honor her.

We are a 501c3, NOT FOR PROFIT foster based rescue that is based in St. Charles County and services surrounding counties as well. Our organization provides rescue to dogs, cats, horses, goats, geese and ducks as well as all pocket pets. We rescue animals that are being abused and/or neglected in their homes while working with the high kill shelters in our area to pull the animals that sometimes only have minutes left before being euthanized, hence our name of NO TIME TO SPARE! Rescued animals will receive the proper medical care, including spaying or neutering and will be placed for adoption in “forever homes”. No animal in our care will ever be “put to sleep” to make room for another! Those animals that are unable to be placed will find sanctuary with us as permanent residents of No Time to Spare. We also provide temporary pet food assistance for families that are having financially difficult times, assist in temporary housing for pets of families that have lost their homes and provide several cost effective options for spaying, neutering, micro chipping and vaccines. Ginger's Pet Rescue is a non-profit dedicated to finding forever homes with unwanted and homeless dogs. We save dogs from shelters or take pets from homes where they are no longer want them, and help them transition to a forever home through foster care if necessary! We believe every dog deserves a chance in a wonderful home.

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) for Monterey County is your nonprofit, independent, donor-supported humane society that has been serving the animals and people of Monterey County since 1905. The SPCA is not a chapter of any other agency and does not have a parent organization. They shelter homeless, neglected and abused pets and livestock, and provide humane education and countless other services to the community. They are the local agency you call to investigate animal cruelty, rescue and rehabilitate injured wildlife, and aid domestic animals in distress. Online at www.SPCAmc.org.

Legacy Humane Society was established in 2008 as a dog rescue organization run by volunteers and fosters. We take in dogs from EU lists and Owner Surrenders. We have them fully vetted and then we find them homes. We do home check and vet checks on all adopters. The city of Rockwall contracted with LHS in 2012 to take over managing their animals/adoptions. They will maintain animal control and we run their vetting and adoptions. We will screen apps completed at the shelter but we will not be able to due home checks based on staffing constraints. We have 14 employees and funding is done through the city and donations. In Jan 2017 the name of the facility was changed to Rockwall Adoption Center to more clearly divide both sister organizations purpose and services.
