PADRescue is a start up rescue. The Board of Directors have previous experience with another Dachshund Rescue who is no longer reg. in MA. We are a MA Non-profit Corp and have obtained our 501(3)C and are awaiting our final paperwork from the Dept of Agriculture and Board of Charities.

We are a small Portland, Oregon based 501c3 organization rescuing dogs from the over crowded shelters in Southern California, Alabama, and Hawaii. We foster the dogs until they are healthy and help them find their forever homes! Contact us at underdogrr@underdograilroadrescue.com URR work directly with Rescue Groups in Southern California to rescue dogs who are on their last days in the high-kill shelters. Because our dogs are in Foster Homes we get to know the dogs personalities and needs. As we know the dogs well and how they do in a home environment, we do a great job in matching families with the right dog, and the right family for the dog!

Founder is Paula Whiteamire, former vet tech at Safe Harbor Animal Hospital. Previously was the Director for Animal Helpers of NW Florida. Passionate about animals, especially 'bully breeds'. Future goals are to work with troubled youth and to get a foster dog program at women's prison in our area

Help A Dog Smile (HADS as we fondly call it) is a 501(c)3 non-profit Arizona corporation. We find loving homes for stray dogs and dogs on euthanasia lists at kill shelters throughout the state. At this time we do not take owner turn ins. We are simply too small and do not have the resources. Once we determine that the animal has no owner (if it is a stray) we place the dog in a boarding facility or foster home where the dog can receive the tender loving care he or she desperately needs. This always requires a veterinary check up, vaccinations, and usually a spay or neuter surgery. Once the animal is healthy, we seek a loving home where he or she can live out their life in happiness.

The mission of Ruff Love Rescue (www.ruffloverescue.com) is to provide a safe haven for homeless, abused, neglected, and/or abandoned dogs; especially those seen as poor adoption prospects. We maintain information about reputable canine organizations and rescues, networking with as many of these as possible to place adoptable dogs in responsible, loving environments, either through foster care or whenever possible, forever homes. We are a home based foster group with no adoption facility. We adopt to North Carolina but in special circumstances can go out of state. We use every pro-bono means at our disposal to raise public awareness about homeless animals and responsible pet care as well as to find homes for our dogs. Dogs who are not adopted will live out their lives at Ruff Love. Ruff Love Rescue is run entirely by volunteers. We have full time jobs and save dogs in our spare time. Currently RLR has over 100 dogs. Since 1999, Sue Rogers, President/Founder and RLR volunteers have found forever homes for hundreds of homeless dogs.

Love & Second Chances was created in hopes to better connect the public with the rescue community. Our rescue is based out of Northern California (San Ramon, CA ) with a small division in Sacramento, CA. Our foster homes are scattered all around the bay area and within the Sacramento division. Our team consist of compassionate people who share the same goals of rescuing those who are voiceless and in need of a second chances at life. In the end, the feeling of knowing you have saved a life at the brink of death is priceless. We believe rescuing doesn’t only save the animals in need but people as well. Our hope is to show that a little TLC can go a long way! Together we can make a difference, let’s start today!

We are an independently run organization. Dachshund Rescue of Los Angeles aims to reduce the number of dachshunds being euthanized in local shelters and provide well educated and committed homes for homeless dogs.

We are L&S Dog Diggity Rescue, named after Lobo and Sydney, the first two dogs rescued under our care. We intake homeless dogs, mostly stray or abandoned, especially around the military bases in San Antonio, TX. Most of our founders are veterans and have seen the high numbers of dumped pets near bases that need rescue. Due to the high numbers of homeless pets in our immediate area, we have partnered with reputable rescue groups in other areas, with significantly fewer homeless pets, to find qualified adopters in order to actively impact the reduction the homeless pet population here.

Our mission it to rescue, rehabilitate, and find homes for dogs in need (and a few cats, too)! Our dream is that one day, we won't have to. MERCY: An event to be grateful for, because it’s occurrence prevents something unpleasant or provides relief from suffering. RESCUE: Save from a dangerous or distressing situation. HAVEN: A place of safety or refuge. Mercy Rescue Haven is an animal rescue group located in Upstate SC. MRH was founded after the rescue of Mercy, a pit bull mix that was found starving and alone. Mercy passed away 5 months after her rescue due to leukemia, this rescue is to honor her.
