11th Hour Dog & Cat Rescue pull mainly from Kill City & County Pounds. We take nursing puppies & kittens. We take special needs dogs & cats. We take the big dogs but will take the small breeds as well. We are located on a big farm where animals are often dumped. We had so many dumped & living with us, my husband said to do something with all these dogs. So, I opened a rescue. We celebrated our second year in July 2017. We are family based rescue. Cats are housed in our home. Dogs are housed in kennels &/or our home.
Allies Haven Animal Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization that rescues unwanted, abandoned, abused and neglected dogs from Texas. Once healthy we place them in approved homes.
Pet Haven is Minnesota's oldest animal rescue group. Pet Haven's vision is to be a rewarding place to volunteer, find a quality home for each animal, encourage a community of responsible companion animal guardians, eliminate the community's need to euthanize dogs and cats as a means of population control, and encourage a society where animals become more valued.
Gram Rescue Ranch's goal is to "Take a bite out of shelters, one dog at a time!" We believe that all animals have the right to live in a loving home, and we strive to find homes for those animals that have been abused, abandoned or otherwise needing a new home.
We live in a primarily rural area with a 50% poverty level and 40% non Caucasian/transient population. Due to the farmer mentality or disposable mentality of our area many pets find them selves homeless due to no fault of their own. We take in animals that are neglected, abandon, injured or just unwanted. We rehabilitate them and then re-home them through our adoption process. We have been solely foster based since 2010 and are currently building our new facility. We do it all with volunteers and we do it because we love it! The animals deserve better and we try our best to offer them that by doing what we can, when we can, the best we can, with what we have and with all our heart.
I am a veterinarian's wife, have been doing rescue for 23 yrs, and we take dogs of all kinds, not just Dalmatians, if we have room. Our dogs are fostered.
