We are a Non Profit 501C 3 Rescue saving dogs from the Euthanasia list! "Chi Town" is short for "Chihuahua Town," which is our nick-name. Chi Town Rescue saves small dogs who require a little extra TLC. Many of these dogs are Chihuahuas or Chi mixes, hence our name! These dogs may not be doing well for a variety of reasons- fear, fear aggression, anxiety, or a medical needs to name a few. Dogs that have no other outlet make up most of our residents. After our dogs are medically cleared and/or their behaviors have improved and we’ve learned how to manage the behaviors, we make them available for adoption. Our dogs leave Chi Town Rescue as well adjusted as possible and fully vetted.

Needy Paws Rescue, located in St. Louis, MO, is devoted to saving animals in need whose lives are in danger at high kill animal shelters and animal controls, those who are strays, and dogs who have been abandoned or whose family has faced an extreme emergency, regardless of their size or breed. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization run entirely by donations. Our organization is made up of volunteers who have been involved in various animal rescues in the St. Louis area and we use our knowledge and experience to make a difference. We believe spaying and neutering is a very important step in keeping pets healthy and happy, plus it helps decrease overpopulation. All of our rescued animals will be spayed or neutered, they will be microchipped to ensure they are identifiable if lost or stolen, and they will be current on all of their vaccinations before going to their forever homes. We are foster-based and all pets stay in approved foster homes that have passed inspections, reference checks and are qualified to take care of our rescued animals while they wait for their forever family. We are dedicated to finding the best forever homes and will be making home visits and conducting veterinarian checks and reference checks to ensure the pets will have a safe, loving, happy home. Forever families will be taught how to care for their pet and learn how to get the most out of their relationship with their new family member. Greyhound Pets of America is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation founded in 1987 for the purpose of finding homes for ex-racing greyhounds and educating the public on the suitability and availability of greyhounds as pets. Greyhound Pets of America Minnesota (GPA MN) is a Twin Cities based volunteer run organization, dedicated to rescuing and placing retired racing greyhounds. 100% of our greyhounds live in foster homes where they can acclimate to their new lives as retired racers. This process helps us to better understand the personality of each dog so that we can make the best possible match with their new family. We test each greyhound to see if they can live with small animals, and many of our fosters go on to live in families with other pets, including cats. We have great success in matching our hounds and families through our foster process.

We are a group of volunteers to aim to save as many death row animals as possible. We work solely through a network of fosters and trial adopters and do not have a facility. We feel that shelter animals deserve a second chance and that euthanasia is not the answer.

It is the mission of the City of Sugar Land's Animal Services to protect public health and welfare while enforcing humane animal treatment in accordance with City of Sugar Land's ordinances and county, state and federal regulations. It is also our mission to provide safe, humane shelter for unwanted, stray, abused and impounded animals and to educate the public about responsible animal care, pet ownership and living with wildlife in hopes of reducing the number of unwanted animals in the community.

Speaking of Dogs Rescue Program is a Canadian registered charity. We are a volunteer-based dog rescue in Toronto that is dedicated to assisting dogs from shelters as well as taking in dogs surrendered by their owner when space allows. We have a focus on helping senior dogs. Our dogs are lovingly cared for in foster homes until we find them a suitable forever home.

Allies for Greyhounds of West Michigan retrieves Greyhounds bred for racing. We look out for the welfare of the Greyhound, finding homes for them where they may live out their natural lives as pets. We also work to educate the public about their qualities as pets and their care.
