Mission is No More Homeless Pets

Gram Rescue Ranch's goal is to "Take a bite out of shelters, one dog at a time!" We believe that all animals have the right to live in a loving home, and we strive to find homes for those animals that have been abused, abandoned or otherwise needing a new home.

We support the Baldwin Park Shelter (and have trained volunteers at other LA county shelters) animals through 2x monthly photoshoots with professional photographers. We network the animals we photograph, videotape and assess through online media and local contacts. We also support a free spay/neuter clinic in Tijuana.

With a strict no-kill policy, several hundred dogs, cats and other animals of all ages and sizes call M'Shoogy's home. It costs approximately $50.00 per month per animal, excluding medicine, and approximately $500.00 per day to open the door. In over 19 years, we have saved more than 15,000 animals from certain death. Gary and Lisa Silverglat started M'Shoogy's and have given and lived a 24 hour commitment to the animals. They have had four days away from the Sanctuary in 19 years. They have never taken a salary for themselves, only given everything they have with no thought of monetary compensation. There are also other individuals, volunteers, and employees who help provide care and love for the animals. Several acres in the back are also dedicated to wildlife rehabilitation. Many animals are given medical attention and food until they are old enough and/or well enough to be reintroduced into the wild. Summer and spring brings around a large amount of raccoons and possums. Fox, owls, deer, squirrels and ducks have all called M'Shoogy's home for a little while. M'Shoogy's also provides educational tours and talks for groups to teach the importance of treating animals with dignity and respect. Permit laws and legislation against animal abuse have also been passed with M'Shoogy's help.

FRAs is an all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) Texas organization founded in 2004. FRAs is working to improve communication between shelters and the community. By partnering with our local animal shelters, networking with animal rescue groups, utilizing community resources and social media, as well as conducting off site adoption events and fund raisers, we are able to help increase animal adoptions.

We rescue animals from NYACC, BARCS, SC, GA, Bahamas, the streets, etc we deal with many medical issues, abuse

We are a 501c3, NOT FOR PROFIT foster based rescue that is based in St. Charles County and services surrounding counties as well. Our organization provides rescue to dogs, cats, horses, goats, geese and ducks as well as all pocket pets. We rescue animals that are being abused and/or neglected in their homes while working with the high kill shelters in our area to pull the animals that sometimes only have minutes left before being euthanized, hence our name of NO TIME TO SPARE! Rescued animals will receive the proper medical care, including spaying or neutering and will be placed for adoption in “forever homes”. No animal in our care will ever be “put to sleep” to make room for another! Those animals that are unable to be placed will find sanctuary with us as permanent residents of No Time to Spare. We also provide temporary pet food assistance for families that are having financially difficult times, assist in temporary housing for pets of families that have lost their homes and provide several cost effective options for spaying, neutering, micro chipping and vaccines. SOSARL is dedicated to helping at risk animals as we work towards a No Kill Nation. SOSARL facilitates the rescue and placement of homeless dogs with loving forever homes. We advocate for homeless and at risk animals while providing comfort, rehabilitation and veterinary care to the animals in our program. SOSARL endeavors to promote and support life-saving initiatives that enable responsible pet guardianship while treating each animal and adopter as an individual.

Formed in 2017, One Planet Rescue may be a new rescue organization, but founder Farah Ravon, is far from new to the rescue community. Farah’s extensive experience volunteering for local rescue organizations, as well as her latest work as the U.S. Representative, and Foreign Adoption Coordinator for Vafa Animal Shelter the last 6+ years, provided experience with rescuing animals from around the world. Here at One Planet Rescue, our work is focused on injured and special needs dogs and cats who require immediate care. Because many of these dogs and cats do come from abroad, we are diligent about fully vaccinating, and spay/neuter prior to our rescue transport. (Sole exceptions would be puppies or kittens). Although we would never turn down a local case, when rescuing abroad, we always open each case with the requirement of, foster to adopt. This protocol is set in place to confirm the rescue is the right fit for the family interested, and if they are not the right fit the rescue will be returned back to a One Planet Rescue foster. One Planet Rescue does not have a local facility, rather individual sponsorships makes it possible for us to rescue dogs and cats from all over the world. We also work solely with foster families, this frees up donation funds to go directly to the many costs pertaining to the pets welfare. Domestic transportation, vet bills, foster care, are just some of these examples.
