I am a cat lover and have done significant efforts to improve the life of those cats that crossed my path. I have recently started a DBA to facilitate adoption process of my current foster cats. I have done TNR over an area of Spring Branch (zip code 77080) for about 8 years now. I funded myself or with help of local charities such (CAP, Best Friends etc.). It was sad to return the cats after TNR knowing that they may not have any meal, so I became colony manager (Feeding and TNR) of a colony of 45 stray cats over the same area for about 7 years. Some of the cats that I daily feed are young and friendly, so I enroll them for adoption with local rescue groups when they have capacity. With their help, I have been able to find homes for about 60 friendly cats and young kittens. I fostered them and in many cases covered the vetting to enroll them in adoption programs of HOPE rescue, Save A Purrfect Cat Rescue, Houston Cares Animal Rescue among others. I feel like I have learned about rescue, fostering and adoption process for the last 6 years and could continue serving the community independently. I learned about your Adoption Portal functionality by volunteering with HOPE rescue. I really like the fact that you could post pets for adoption on multiple sites, that is a fantastic marketing option. It is my dream being able post my current foster cats stories (see my instagram site "Adoptable_Cats_Houston for your reference) and find them forever homes. Our organization was created to reduce the population of stray animals using trap-neuter-release, to provide medical, physical and emotional support to abandoned and stray animals, to make all attempts to safely re-home non-feral animals, provide a safe haven for feral cats, promote responsible pet ownership and provide humane education within the community. We are an all volunteer organization maintaining a small shelter, foster homes and a feral cat sanctuary.

We are Gutter Cat Adoptions, we believe all cats and kittens deserve the best quality care, nutrition, and most of all love. Even the cats found or left in the gutter. We generally take in owner relinquishments, but we also take in femi seral kittens in need of socialization from TNR (Trap,Neuter,Return) projects. If we are in need of cats and kittens we will also pull from other rescues that need help, but our main focus is cats in our area. We believe that there is too many cats in need of homes and we are trying to do our part to help with the overpopulation by spaying and neutering all of the cats and kittens in our area, as well as educating the public on the importance of spaying and neutering, even community/outdoor cats.

We are primarily a cat rescue group for strays, abandoned, surrendered, local shelter or other cats at risk. We assist with TNR. Jenifer Brooks has been involved with cat rescue for 5 years working with Cats in Tow and MeoowzResQ. Ed Michalek has been in rescue for 17 years and is a founder, director and active with Kitty Katchers Inc (Portal # 1868)

We are a rescue that save animal lives from the shelters or bad situations. We give them their happily ever after.

The mission of Chatham Animal Rescue & Education (CARE) is to promote the health and safety of all dogs and cats in Chatham County, NC. CARE foster caregivers provide loving, stable homes to homeless cats and dogs, helping them become the best possible pets for their future forever families. CARE works with the Chatham County Animal Shelter to save the lives of unwanted cats and dogs, manages feral cat colonies, and serves as an educational resource. CARE’s Lillie's Fund is a targeted spay/neuter program, subsidizing sterilization surgeries for pets owned by lower income families in Chatham County. CARE is a nonprofit animal welfare organization that has served the community since 1975 and relies on individual and corporate donors for support.

We rescue community cats and kittens from the streets of Phoenix, spay/neuter, vaccinate, adopt and do Trap, Neuter and Rescue or Return depending on their living situation and their adoptability. I have been in rescue for over 30 years and I only recently set up a nonprofit. My passion is the animals and I have been brining home stray cats since I was 6 years old.

We are a rescue organization focused on connecting homeless cats to their forever home. We rescue cats from the local shelter and community. For thos cats that require medical attention or socialization we have foster homes where we place the cats until they are healthy or socialized to the point where they can be adopted. We also take healthy cats directly to our cat lounge where they are available for adoption. We do this because we do not want to see any cat linger in the shelter or on the streets when we can help them find a loving home.

REACH Rescue Inc. rescues dogs and cats that are stray, abandoned, relinquished, abused, neglected, or have run out of time at public shelters and scheduled to be euthanized as a result of overpopulation. REACH attempts at all times to bring animals and their people together. The Organization is committed to promoting the rescue, adoption, and public education necessary to ensure that all animals passing through our care REACH a stable, healthy and happy life.
