Best Friends Animal Society in Northwest Arkansas works collaboratively with city shelters, local animal welfare organizations and passionate individuals to save the lives of cats in our area.

We save animals that are abandoned and from kill shelters, Foster them and work on finding them forever homes through adoption. We vet them and spay

Until They're Home focuses offers shelter support, including foster services, behavioral services (training animals and humans) and tech support. We also offer donation-based services for those who don't want to relinquish their animal to a shelter, but don't have the resources or knowledge to keep them. We do it because we love it. :)

The mission of Detroit Animal Care and Control is to promote and protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents and visitors of the City of Detroit from animal bites, zoonotic disease, or traffic hazards; to maintain the highest standards of humane animal sheltering; to promote the placement of animals into homes; and to encourage responsible pet ownership through education, enforcement, and community partnership.

Doggie Bonez, Inc. Rescue has had a successful 2017.  We have found homes for over 150 dogs just this year alone, and over 1000 in total from inception. We rescue dogs from high kill shelters, backyard breeders, abandonment and more.  Our team has grown and we thank all of our volunteers who have made this possible.  Doggie Bonez is a non-profit 501(c)(3), no-kill, volunteer dog rescue organization. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs that are left homeless and abandoned. We rescue dogs from high kill shelters, backyard breeders, hoarding situations, neglect, abandonment and much more. 11th Hour Dog & Cat Rescue pull mainly from Kill City & County Pounds. We take nursing puppies & kittens. We take special needs dogs & cats. We take the big dogs but will take the small breeds as well. We are located on a big farm where animals are often dumped. We had so many dumped & living with us, my husband said to do something with all these dogs. So, I opened a rescue. We celebrated our second year in July 2017. We are family based rescue. Cats are housed in our home. Dogs are housed in kennels &/or our home.

DASH (Danielle's Animal Safe Haven) rescues dogs, cats, horses and other companion animals. We bring them back to health, make sure they have all of their shots, and are spayed or neutered. Then we find them a new FOREVER home. We are a non-profit organization dedicated solely to the health and well-being of animals. All our staff are volunteers.

The mission of Take Paws Rescue is to meet the moral obligation to protect and save the lives of pets in need of rescue in Louisiana. Take Paws Rescue enacts this mission by pulling pets from shelters and preparing them for transport to fosters, adopters, rescue organizations, and other shelters around the U.S. in need of adoptable pets.

ARF of MS is a no-kill, guaranty adoption organization. When we rescue, we make a commitment to always be there for the life of animal. Here is where we are different from other organizations; we believe all animals deserve a chance, not just the cute fluffy ones. Therefore, we have a building full of dogs and cats who are all worthy, loving and waiting patiently for someone to come along and look into the eyes and give them a chance. Many of our long term residents have found a home after years of waiting.
