Giant Paw Prints Rescue is an all breed rescue specializing in the gentle giants. We are a foster based rescue and will take in any size dog in need if we have room/foster for it.

Dachshund Rescue of South Florida is a foster based 501(c)(3) rescue who helps hotdogs regardless of age, health, or behavioral issues find new homes after being in a shelter, as a stray out on the streets, or owner surrendered. We take our work very seriously and screen our potential forever families thoroughly to ensure that our dogs will never have to worry or want for anything ever again. Our mission is to educate people who may be unfamiliar with rescue and the time, love, and compassion that goes into identifying a little one in a shelters through getting them settled into their new forever home and why choosing to rescue a dog can be one of the most rewarding things a family can choose to do. If you are looking to add a dachshund to your family we would love to work with you. We have done our best to help explain the process and share some our favorite "happy tales" from our former dogs with their new forever families. I, Ninna Lopez, have been in rescue since 2007, managing a large no-kill shelter before starting Ninna's Road to Rescue in 2012. We have rescued and rehomed 1000's of animals. Our facility is climate controlled and the animals stay indoors at night in specially designed doggy rooms. They have access to the outdoors during the day in a large fenced in area. It's a little bit of paradise for the dogs until they find their furever home.

DARS is a small, all-volunteer rescue group. Our mission is to be a voice for animals, giving them a better quality of life through foster care, adoption, pet overpopulation education, humane education, and higher ideals of humanity towards all animals.

4 Paws 4 Life rescue pulls dogs from HIGH KILL shelters and places them in preapproved foster homes until we can find the dog a qualified permanent home. We rehome all breeds and all ages of dogs. Pet overpopulation and shelters who euthanize dogs are the main 2 reasons that we need to help these orphaned pets who can not help themselves.

Operation Pets Alive! believes that many in our community share our values with regard to homeless dogs and cats. Therefore, we see a need to increase community awareness and community involvement regarding the No-Kill movement and the plight of homeless dogs and cats in our community. We want to help people “do the right thing” for animals. Operation Pets Alive! is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization striving to elevate Montgomery County to a No-Kill community through innovative programs that: Raise community awareness Reduce the number of dogs and cats that enter our shelters Increase the number of dogs and cats that leave our shelters alive

Our Goal and Mission Baja Dog Rescue is a 501c(3) non-profit organization that is run by a group of dedicated volunteers. We rescue and rehabilitate unwanted, abandoned and neglected dogs and find them loving happy homes. We literally give them a second chance at life. And everybody deserves a second chance. We need your help to continue to save the lives of so many wonderful and loving dogs. Good-hearted humans can make all the difference! People who befriend, feed, foster, and bring these dogs back to good health are rescuers. Each one of our dogs is socialized, spay/neutered, vaccinated, and treated for any medical or behavioral conditions. It's what you'll read about here - the work of rescuers who live in Baja California or in the San Diego, California area. We save street dogs and find them homes. You may never see such a deep devotion as these grateful dogs feel for a human who is simply kind to them. They radiate joy and it's contagious -- their adopters catch joy from them all the time.

Mutts & Meows Animal Rescue is a private rescue headquartered near Sugar Land (in the southwestern suburbs of Houston). We work closely with other rescues as well as the Animal Control Departments of Pearland, Missouri City, and other municipalities in the Houston area, to help place dogs and cats in loving, permanent homes. Many of our dogs and cats live with foster families, so we know them well enough to make a good match between people and pets. Our adoption fees (which vary based on which agency we're working with) include spaying/neutering, vaccinations, FEV/FELV tests for cats, and heartworm tests for dogs.
