Our name says it all, PIPs’ primary focus are medical and special needs dogs that are often overlooked. We call these dogs “PIP-abled” which means perfectly imperfect. A dog that may need a wheelchair, is missing limbs, deaf, blind or in need of some extra love and care – this is our niche. While we love our PIP-abled dogs; puppies, healthy adult dogs, and seniors have our hearts as well. We are inclusive of all dogs in need.

Elk Grove Animal Services was established in 2006, and has had a brick and mortar animal shelter since 2019. Our goal is to improve the community by protecting and advancing the health, safety and welfare of animals within the community of Elk Grove.

Our founder, Lisa Biel, started this rescue early 2019 working with Mexico rescue groups to rehome the far too many stray dogs. Prior to this group, she was transporting and fostering for many of San Diego groups and saw a need for a rescue group.

The Golden Belt Humane Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to animal welfare that provides housing and medical care to unwanted and stray animals. Our mission includes the placement of these animals by adoption or by networking with rescues.

We are Tails of the Unwanted. We started this rescue group to provide dogs and cats a chance at a new start in life. Our animals go into foster homes to become acclimated in home life after leaving the chaos of the shelter environment. We love our animals like they are our own and give them the highest care possible.

We have a simple but important mission: to help all dogs and cats in need. We are committed to providing the utmost care for homeless/abused/neglected dogs and cats, and finding them true forever homes. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit Rescue organization.

Riverview Rescue is a licensed no-kill 501(c)3 non-profit dog rescue located in Leavenworth, Kansas. We specialize in Siberian Huskies, German Shepherds, and Alaskan Malamutes but are dedicated to rescuing all dogs regardless of breed. "Saving one dog will not change the world, but for that one dog the world will change forever."

Saginaw County Animal Care Center is an open admission shelter. We house up to 30 cats and over 90 dogs. All animals are seen by the vet upon intake if a visible health problem is observed. If any arise after the animal is at the shelter they are taken to the vet. We work with various rescues and Humane Societies to give animals new possibilities of finding a furrever home. We run a volunteer program and are always looking for new volunteers. Hours of Operation are: Monday - 10:00am-5:00 pm w/ adoption hours from 10:00-4:30 Tuesday - 10:00-5:00 pm w/ adoption hours from 10:00-4:30 Wednesday -10:00-5:00 pm w/ adoption hours from 10:00-4:30 Thursday - 10:00-5:00 pm w/ adoption hours from 10:00-4:30 Friday-- 10:00-5:00 pm w/ adoption hours from 10:00-4:30 Cat Adoption Fee is $50. The adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, FIV/FeLV test, and rabies vaccine. Cats receive a FVRCP vaccine, deworming, flea medicine, and a general wellness check. Dog Adoption Fee is $125. The adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, heartworm check, and rabies vaccine. Dogs receive a DHPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, deworming, flea medication, general wellness check, and microchip. **Any animal too young or with a health condition that does not allow for spay/neuter at that time will require a $100 refundable deposit upon proof of the surgery. Dogs are temperament tested before going into the adoption program. Meet and greets are needed if you already own a dog and up to date licenses and rabies need to be shown. **Special adoption rates are run throughout the year and are announced at those times. Doggie Bonez, Inc. Rescue has had a successful 2017.  We have found homes for over 150 dogs just this year alone, and over 1000 in total from inception. We rescue dogs from high kill shelters, backyard breeders, abandonment and more.  Our team has grown and we thank all of our volunteers who have made this possible.  Doggie Bonez is a non-profit 501(c)(3), no-kill, volunteer dog rescue organization.
