Animal Haven Rescue of Bay County Florida is an organization focused on animal rescue through fostering and adoption of cats and dogs. The mission of our organization is to reduce the number of stray and abandoned animals in our community by providing a TNR (trap, neuter, release) program as well as foster homes and an adoption program. We take in stray and abandoned animals and owner surrenders. We provide: veterinary care current vaccination record(s) certification of spay or neuter rehabilitation Every Fur-Baby Deserves a Safe Haven

My husband, Charles, and I founded this organization in September of 2006. Since then, we have grown and now have about 85 volunteers. We are an all volunteer, all foster based organization. We concentrate on pulling animals that are in danger of being euthanized at our local shelters. My husband and I were helping with a fundraiser for a natinal dog breed rescue and people kept asking about the animals in our area. So, we started ARC to help at a local level. We've adopted out more than 130 animals and continue to grow every year.
