We are Anne Arundel County Animal Control we provide enforcement of laws pertaining to animals in Anne Arundel County, we provide adoption and redemption services for animals, we are an open admission shelter for Anne Arundel County residents.

Adoption Requirements:

Drivers License

Proof of Current Address (if not the same as your drivers license)

Type of living arrangements:

1. Own your home (you will need the following)

Mortgage Stub

Printed Copy of Property Information from Department of Assessment & Tax

Proof of current Rabies vaccination on all pets residing at residence

For Anne Arundel County residents all cats and dogs residing at the residence must have current animal licenses

2. Renting a home or apartment (you will need the following)

Rental Agreement and/or

Lease Agreement and/or

Landlord's phone number

Proof of current Rabies vaccination on all pets residing at residence
