BCAC is a county run animal control facility. We are responsible for strays, owner surrenders and cruelty cases.

We enforce the state and local ordinances; adoptions and reclaims.

Adoption contracts with spay/neuter required. If animal meets age/size for s/n, surgery is done prior to adopter taking possession.
