We are a non-profit organization. We are here to take in Owner surrenders of Carteret County and If we have room can accept animals from other counties with a drop off fee of $35.00 per animal. We do not discriminate against certain breeds. we are here to save as many furry lives as possible!

Adoption Process

Dogs- $70.00 Male $80 Female

if already Spayed/Neutered $35.00

Cats- $60.00 Male $70 Female

if already Spayed/Neutered $25.00

Signed Contract Stating CCHS is not responsible for Damages animal may do to property or any additional Vet bills.All Animals must be seen bya licensed Veteranarian within 5 business days from the day of Adoption. All Animals must be spayed or Neutered by Dates that will be provided to you on your paperwork.
