I volunteer cleaning the cat shelter, send Pet of the Week to area newspapers and add animals to the Pet Adoption Portal. I do it to help these homeless animals have a chance at a better life and hopefully be adopted.

Adoption fees vary for cats and dogs. There is an application for adoption, applicants are screened and sometimes a home visit is performed to make sure it is a great match. Follow up phone calls are made to see that everyone is happy.
