C.A.A.R.E. is an all-volunteer North Dakota 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation and is the only shelter and rehoming service for parrots in the State of North Dakota.

An adoption application is filled out, a home check is performed, and if adoption is granted, an adoption contract is signed which does include an adoption fee and a 30-day return privilege
