The City of St. Charles Animal Control houses stray animals, and owner surrendered animals for adoption to qualified adopters. We also provide a wide variety of other services to residents of our community.

Adopters sign a spay and neuter contract if animal is not already altered and receive a voucher to get this done after the fact. We have a brief application process. Our fees are 30.00-46.50.
