Our mission statement:

o Tracy Animal Services is here to keep our community safe, to provide care to any animal in need, to support the community as a source of education and guidance, encourage spay and neutering and ultimately find homes for all adoptable, treatable, and manageable animals.

The animal must be off its hold period, the citizen must provide some type of identification, fill out our adoption contract, and pay our adoption fee.
