We are a county run shelter that strives for no kill. We try to keep the shelter population down and provide rehoming options instead of in shelter owner surrenders. We are advocated for spay/neuter. We provide wellness checks on animals in our county and assist with families in need of pet food. Our staff are all animal lovers that want to see our dogs get into a home and out of the shelter. We do everything we can to ensure that their stay with us is a good experience and provide excellent medical care for each animal.

$120 adult dogs, $170 puppies, $85 for senior dogs. We do require you to fill out a contract and for any resident dog to meet the adopted dog at the shelter.
