Our mission is help animals (dogs, cats & horses) in and around the Western side of the of Puerto Rico. To spay/neuter, vaccinate, address the health of and find homes for the street animals. Secondly to work with Veterinarians throughout Puerto Rico to offer discounted spay/neuter services for owned animals
