We are the County shelter. We have 3 dog wardens that respond to calls of strays, abandoned dogs, and respond to calls from law enforcement when there is a dog involved. We work with rescues to move dogs out when a dog is not redeemed by their owner or an owner is not found. We adopt out dogs in our shelter after their hold is up if they are adoptable.

Fill out a form, walk through to see what dog appeals to them. After a discussion with the potential adopter, if its a good fit then they pay the adoption fee. The dog stays at the shelter until it is spayed or neutered and then the adopter can pick the dog up.
