We have been an organization for over 20 years and became a 501 c organization soon after. Our main goal is spay/neuter as many cats that we can possibly do. In order to reduce the overpopulation, we feel that fixing an animal is the most important thing to do. In many situations we find kittens or friendly cats that have been dumped in our feeding areas. We take those animals to the vet to make sure they are in good health. If they are, we either put them in a Petco or foster home until we can find the right home.
Our group traps to fix cats, feed colonies of cats that we have fixed and adopt what we can. we have done fixed over 6,000 cats. Our adoptions are not as high as our spay/neuter numbers. It is hard for us since we have no shelter and very little exposure.
Most of our cats are in foster homes or at local petco, petsmart etc. Once someone finds a cat or kitten they are interested in, they call us to fill in an application. The application is completed and we confirm what is written on the application. If approved, the kitten or cat is fixed and taken to the new owner's home. We charge $50 dollars for adults and 65 for kittens. This is the cost to us for fixing, testing and shots.
