HART organized in 1996 to rescue homeless animals in Valencia County, NM. This a rural community with limited resources. HART proudly makes a difference in provided cats and dogs to the surrounding community.

Adoption Process

Application, adoption contract, fee of $150 for cats and $225 for dogs.
