The Humane Society of Central Texas provides adoption, rescue and foster opportunities for the homeless animals at the Waco Animal Shelter located at 2032 Circle Road in Waco, Texas. Thanks to our community and supporters, even with an annual intake of about 4,000 animals, we have attained No Kill Status, meaning that at least 90% of animals that come into the shelter leave here alive for wonderful new homes!

Must be 18 years or older and have a valid ID. If children are in the household, they must be present during the Meet and Greet. We require that any household dogs meet the potential dog as well. We highly recommend that all household members be present.
