Island Dog rescues dogs and all other pets both locally and in Freeport Bahamas. Each pet is in a home environment so we know how each pet will act in that environment and it allows us to match adopters with pets more easily. We provide all vetting, include obedience training in Groveland and welcome our adopters to all events. Some dogs are available for a foster to adopt and we even rescue wildlife.

Our adoption process includes an application, if approved then will require a home check and meet and greet with desired animal for adoption. If all goes well an adoption contract will be signed and adoption fee given.
