Krazy For Kats is an all volunteer 501 C3 non-profit adoption group in Woodland Hills, California which is located in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles County.
We specialize in working with stray/feral kittens, newborns and bottle babies that are brought to the Kat House from off of the streets. All kittens are fostered for 9 weeks and then made available for adoption to great new homes.
Or mission is to create a world of no more homeless pets.
Krazy for Kats would like to ensure that all kittens/cats will be placed into loving, responsible and dedicated homes.
There is an adoption application and contract for each pet.
There will be an in-depth phone consultation with all potential adopters to review your application.
We may ask to come your home to inspect the living arrangements and your other pets prior to the adoption and for future check-ups.
All kittens are available for adoption at no less than 9–12 weeks old. Young kittens are adopted in pairs or with older cats.
Adoption fees cover the first 1 to 3 years of medical care depending on age and fees range from $75 -$200.
A "non-refundable" deposit is required to hold kittens for a later date.
All kittens/cats will have vet exams, microchips, current vaccinations, spayed/neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV, de-wormed/de-flead and their nails are kept trim. You will receive a folder of medical charts and kitty information.
All adopters get a goody bag full of toys, kitty food and valuable information for your new pet.
Donations above the adoption fee are greatly appreciated.
