Meow Cat Rescue WV (MCR) is a rescue/placement organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and careful rehoming of neglected, lost, surrendered or other wise homeless cats and kittens in West Virginia.

WE HAVE AN APPLICATION THAT MUST BE COMPLETED, THEN WE HAVE AN INTERVIEW TO DISCUSS. ONCE APPROVED THERE IS A $55 ADOPTION FEE ALONG W A CONTRACT TO COMPLETE.
