Potential adopter will: fill out application; have a home check; fee is $300 for adults, $400 up to one year; all adoptable dogs are UTD on shots and spayed/neutered (if not old enough, a $50 deposit is required and returned when proof of spay/neuter is presented; or adopter can bring dog to MHDR and we will have the procedure taken care of at no cost of adopter.)
