NBARR primarily rescues medical case animals from animal shelters where they would otherwise be euthanized due to their issues. NBARR will on occasion take in owner surrenders on a case by case basis.

Form is checked.

If adopter is approved, an appointment is set to meet the pet.

If the adopter and the pet likes each other, the adoption fee is paid and the pet can go home same day as long as all vetting is complete.
