NCSR is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Shelties in DE, MD, WV, SE PA and surrounding areas. Our founding philosophy is to assist Shelties regardless of age or condition whenever possible.

Adoption application and home visit required, then we do a meet and greet. Adoption contract and fee of $200.00 - $300.00, depending on the age of the dog. All dogs are spay/neutered and fully vetted before adoption.
