Pampered Pets Animal Rescue (PPAR) is a nonprofit rescue organization of foster volunteers throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region. The organization helps rescue abandoned, neglected and unwanted small breed dogs, cats and rabbits, and works to find them loving forever homes.

Adoption application, including vet and three personal references. Home visit. Varying adoption fees depending on pet.
