Philly Rescue Angels Inc. is a registered 501c3 non-profit, foster based, animal rescue. We are an all women organization, with a love for rescuing animals. We are dedicated to alleviating the pain & suffering of abused & neglected animals. We rescue our animals from kill shelters, surrendering owners, & those in dangerous situations. We strive to change the lives of these animals. We dedicate fully to their medical needs, no matter the cost & find them the most compatible forever homes. We ensure all of our animals that come into our rescue know nothing but love & comfort for the rest of their lives.

Adopter must sign a contract agreeing to our terms for each dog. Our dogs are medically cleared before being adopted out, spayed/neutered, & fully vaccinated. Which is all included in the adoption fee.

Adopter must pay an adoption fee that varies depending on the age and requirements of the animal. Our adoption fees are donations to help us rescue more animals.

Some dogs have specific requirements, some do not. Such as, fenced in yard, another dog in the home. It all depends on the needs of the dog they are looking to adopt.
