Project MEOW is an all-volunteer, animal welfare group that humanely reduces the stray cat population in West Philadelphia through rescue/adoption, assisting the residents who feed and care for stray cats, and Trap, Neuter and Release or TNR (where appropriate)

To decrease feline pet over-population in West Philadelphia.

1. Applicant fills out application

2. After screening it and checking vet/personal reference and with Landlord (if applicable), we approve or reject it.

3. If app is approved, applicant is notified and arrangements are made for the us to meet them/they to meet the cat.

4.If this goes well, date is set to finalize adoption

5. Finalizing adoption means signing our Adoption Contract and paying adoption fees ($85).
