We are Renegade Rescue GA.

We started our rescue after working with many other organizations and finding that the lack of care given to finding quality adoption homes as well as basic care for sick animals was not how we wanted to be. We branched off and do thing a bit different. Georgia has no spay neuter laws and this makes out state over run with stray cats and dogs. We are all about quality over quantity and always finding the best forever home for the animal.

We have a 2 page adoption application that must be filled out. Each app is seen by 2 adoption coordinators, if there are any questions or concerns we speak to the potential adopter before denying an app. Once approved we help them pick a cat or dog that would be a good fit for there family and lifestyle. Once a pet has been chosen we do a home visit and or meet and great. If all goes well they finalize the adoption paperwork and take payment. Our adoption fees are $150-$300 with the exception of special events sales. We require kittens go to a home with another young cat or in pairs (we offer discounts for 2 or more) We require indoor only for cats and no declaw. Only exception to outside is on leach or if the cat is a barn/feral (we will help with TNR Barn programs when we can) for dogs we require a home check & meet and great with other dogs. No debarking and no docking of ears or tails. Adopters must use monthly Flea/Heartworm prevention and all adoptions are requires to return the animal to us if they are unable to care for the pet any-longer.
