ROAR's mission is to protect and provide for at-risk companion animals through adoption, sanctuary, colony management, collaboration, and community outreach with an unwavering commitment to a never-kill philosophy.

We require an application. A few of our upmost requirements is that pets be indoor pets only, the owner will not declaw, and the pet must be returned if owner must surrender for any reason. Once an applicant is approved, we allow a meet and greet with the respective pet. If adopted, we require a contract to be signed. All of our animals are altered, vaccinated to date, dewormed and microchipped. We do have a fee that is set for each pet dependent on if it is a kitten, special need, hard to place.
