STAAR is a small all volunteer non-profit organization that pulls animals from high-kill rural shelters and gets them into forever homes. We often focus on pregnant or nursing moms as many of these animals never make it out of the shelter.

Adoption fees are listed with each animal and may vary. Application with vet reference required. Other requirements may apply based on each specific animal's needs.
