Organization was started by our Executive Director in 2009 after retiring from the gym business and realizing that Stafford County didn't have a no kill rescue facility. In our first year, we helped 15 animals. In 2010, we helped 108 animals and in 2011, we helped 191 animals. We take animals in on surrender and pull from high-kill shelters, adopting to families that meet our requirements. We make a lifetime committment to our animals and require that, if the adoption doesn't work out, the pets are returned to us.

Applicant must fill out 6 page application and be pre-approved for a meet and greet. Cat adoption fees range from $99-$149. Dog adoption fees range from $99-$499. Rabbit adoption fees vary.) Contract will be signed and adoption fee collected at home visit. All dog adoptions require fenced backyards.
