We mostly pull dogs from shelter but do occasionally take surrendered pets to keep them out of shelters. All pets are given an exam, spay / neuter, fully vaccinated and heartworm checked, put on monthly preventatives and basic obedience and housebreaking is begun. We work with other rescues that have the same processes and screening we do and can transfer dogs to them if they have approved adopters. Our ultimate goal is to remove as many pets from shelter situations as possible and place them in forever homes.

Must complete adoption application, we check all references (vet, landlord, personal, etc). If approved we schedule a home visit and bring the pet. If approved, adopter is able to adopt by signing a contract and making payment to our vet directly or by donating food, supplies, etc. Fee is $180 to vet or supplies in that amount.
