We are a no-kill foster program that re-homes either stray or owner turn in animals. We provide all vet care prior to adoptions. We rely on donations. We do this in order to try to keep as many animals as possible out of the local city pound as that is a very high kill facility with very poor adoption policies.

I am the president and founder of All 4 One rescue. We rescue abandoned, homeless, misplaced animals off the streets, in shelters and from owners who either don't want them anymore or cannot provide for them anymore. I do what I do because I love it! It's my passion and I always say "if not for me then who"

Denver Dachshunds Rescue and Transport is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, primarily dogs from high-kill shelters and owners who can no longer care for them. By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, local veterinarians, trainers, and boarding facilities, we are working to rescue hundreds of animals every year, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well-matched, carefully screened forever homes nationwide. We also serve as a resource to our community and all pet owners by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spay/neuter, positive behavior training, and good nutrition.

The Humane Society is an independent, non-profit agency contracted by Warren County to operate the animal shelter, which we moved into in 1983. The Humane Society is not a department of city or county government. The city and county own the shelter building. The Humane Society receives funds from city and county governments to operate the shelter. This funding is used to pay for management/employee salaries, utility bills, cleaning supplies/chemicals, euthanasia solution, cat litter, fuel for rescue vehicles and building repairs/maintenance. Humane Society DONATIONS are used to pay for medical care of sick and injured animals, animal cages, incidental supplies such as food/water bowls, dog/cat treats, canned cat/dog food, dog/cat toys, supplies for fund raisers and education/outreach programs. Hill's Pet Products donates dog, cat, kitten and puppy food. We were lucky enough to open a second building in 2004 called the HILDRETH Adoption Center.

C.A.P.A. Animal Rescue is a foster home based rescue in Louisiana Mo. Our main focus is getting animals out of our local city pound, but we assist with animals in need from the surrounding areas. Our group has been around for many years and have saved thousands of lives! ~~~The Community Animal Protection Association (CAPA) is a non-profit corporation rescuing abandoned and homeless animals since 1993. Donations are always welcome and greatly appreciate. We rely 100% on donations and fundraising. We do not get any city, state, or government funding. ~~~ All animals that come into our group are immediately vetted. This includes all vaccines, spay/neuter, Heartworm test, microchip, & deworming. **We never adopt out an animal that has not been altered!!**

Standing Proud Pit Bull Rescue Center is a non-profit (awaiting 501(c)3 approval) rescue and advocacy group located in the east valley of Arizona. Our goal is to reduce euthanasia rates at our local shelters, help pets stay in their current homes, rehabilitate and rehome stray/surrendered pit bull type dogs, educate the community on responsible pet owenership, as well as educate the public on the misconceptions of pit bull type dogs. We will be securing a facility in the next year, this will be AZ's first pit bull rescue center and will provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our dogs as well as a place to allow community events regarding responsible pet ownership.

The Monroe County Animal League (MCAL) is a non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to addressing pet overpopulation in our community. MCAL promotes responsible pet care and works toward ending pet overpopulation through spay/neuter assistance, adoption programs, and education.

RSVP Animal Welfare & Rescue Group is a proactive grass roots 501c3 animal welfare organization dedicated to improving the lives of companion animals while enhancing the communities in which they live by providing low-cost & free spay/neuter assistance, rescue & adoption services, pet care education and continued oversight & support as needed for responsible pet ownership.

We are an all breed dog and cat rescue group. We save animals from local shelters and put them in foster homes while they get appropriate vetting and adopt them out.

We have one sole purpose, and that is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home Dachshunds in need of a second chance at life and love. We rescue purebred (and a few mixed) dachshunds from pounds and shelters. Some have had a wonderful life but were dumped by their only family at a shelter for no reason at all, while others have been abused, abandoned, neglected and starved of food and human affection their entire life. We believe there is a home somewhere for every dog rescued, some just take a little longer to find. Dachshund Rescue of Houston is a 501(c)(3) corporation supported strictly through donor contributions. Our volunteers include law, accountancy and taxation experts, who make sure that all funds are utilized in accordance with the laws and regulations required to be in full compliance with our tax exempt status. All donations are deductible to the full extent of this law. Because we have no paid staff or facilities, every dime of your donation goes strictly to the care and vetting of our dachshunds. The events held to raise funds and awareness are self supporting through the generosity of sponsors and donors. We are a small group of doxie lovers that all happen to call Houston "Home". We love the dachshund breed and can't bear to think of any dachshunds suffering.

We are CT's first low cost/high volume Spay/Neuter Clinic. We are part of the Humane Alliance, a network of over 100 Spay/Neuter Clinics nationwide. We hope to end overpopulation and unnecessary euthanasia through the sterilization of cats and dogs. We have also recently expanded our mission to include Wellness visits and urgent/complicated surgeries (i.e. pyos, enucleations, etc.)

Completely Volunteer Run, Not for Profit, Registered Charity. Foster Based. Rescue cats and kittens for high kill shelter. Provide Veterinary care for these cats including vaccines, microchipping, spay or neuter, Feline Leukemia and FIV test, and other treatments as needed (Dentals, Bloodwork etc)

We rescue dogs about to be euthanized from shelters in San Diego and Los Angeles counties.

We are a 501c3 not-for-profit, all-volunteer dog rescue specializing in dogs and puppies from southern, high-kill shelters. We find the pups loving homes in the New England area.

Rescued Pets Movement Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3)* all-volunteer organization that transports animals from Houston and Greater Houston area shelters to other 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal welfare organizations that have demand for adoptable pets. Thousands of dogs and cats are needlessly euthanized in the Greater Houston area each year simply because of pet overpopulation. After working with various rescue groups for many years, the founders of Rescued Pets Movement have come to realize the best way to save these dogs and cats is to build solid relationships with reputable shelters and rescue groups here and in areas of the U.S. where pet overpopulation isn’t such a dire issue, and then arrange transportation to get the animals there. Not only is this the best way to save Houston’s shelter pets from euthanasia, but we believe it will be the impetus in helping Houston shelters become no-kill shelters. Working with BARC in late summer of 2013 alone, Rescued Pets Movement has saved more than 450 pets by transporting them to Colorado.
