Regional Animal Services of King County (RASKC) provides King County with sustainable, cost effective services that protect people and animals, while providing humane animal care. Our organization is built on the cornerstone values of compassion and service. We demonstrate this commitment in the countless hours spent by staff and our RASKC volunteers to save animals' lives at the shelter and in the field. By collaborating with community partners, we are able to expand our programs and resources to provide even greater value to our residents.

I founded Mutts and Runts Rescue when I moved to Bakersfield, CA. I saw there was an over population of stray dogs and so I wanted to help. I started this rescue to save one dog at a time. Within a short time frame, I started saving multiple dogs at a time. Dogs are family. They are sentient beings. They are Gods gifts. They rescue people.

At Feral Cat Warriors, our mission is to protect and improve the lives of cats and kittens in Mohave County, Arizona. We are dedicated to providing them with the care, compassion, and support they need to thrive. Through our mission, Feral Cat Warriors aim to find loving forever homes for these homeless and neglected felines, ensuring they receive the love and care they deserve. With our commitment to Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) and a no-kill philosophy, we strive to bring an end to the cycle of feral cat overpopulation, reducing their hardships and increasing their chances of finding a safe and secure future. Together, we can make a positive impact on the lives of these forgotten and misunderstood creatures, building a community that embraces kindness and compassion for all animals.

We are primarily formed to reduce the number of feral cats in our local community through TNR. We do help social cats to find homes. We also adopt out the kittens born to feral mothers.

Lucky Paws Rescue, Inc (LPR) will do our best to rescue, provide shelter, rehabilitate and rehome animals in crisis. We will ensure healthy pets through care, education, advocacy, and inspire a community where the animal-human bond is celebrated and nurtured. We will provide food, shelter, and vet care to those in need. LPR will promote spay and neutering to end the suffering of overpopulation and unwanted animals. We are dedicated to the adoption of healthy animals back into loving homes.

Four Paws to Love was established in January of 2014 by close friends who had been part of several different animal welfare organizations over the years. These friends felt that there was a need for another rescue group that not only focuses on the importance of helping save animals' lives, but also focuses on how the love of a pet in our everyday lives affects each one of us. We are an all volunteer 501(c)(3) rescue. Our mission is to rescue homeless and at-risk pets from overcrowded shelters, thereby reducing euthanasia. We value the bond between humans and animals, and appreciate the important role that pets play in our everyday lives. Our goal is not only to help animals, but to help people whose lives are greatly enriched by adopting animals in need. Four Paws to Love is run by volunteers who generously give their time, homes and hearts in order to save lives. Through our Foster Care program, animals have a safe, healthy place to be until loving homes can be found for them. We ensure that all of our rescued animals are spayed or neutered, and we provide education to the community about the importance of spaying and neutering in order to reduce the homeless animal population.

For over seventy years, the Lynchburg Humane Society has operated as a private, non-profit organization, caring for lost and homeless pets. Last year, our Lynchburg Center for Pets helped over 9,000 pets.. We are a 501c3, as well as a lifesaving Humane Society, where we firmly believe that no healthy or treatable pet should be euthanized. By operating the public shelter for the City of Lynchburg, we accept the lost or unwanted pets surrendered to us from those communities. We help pets at risk for euthanasia at other shelters by transferring them into our care. Last year, 885 pets were brought to safety at LHS from other shelters. We accept those that are easily adoptable as pets, as well as those that need special nurturing from abusive or neglectful experiences. Along with our Center for Pets, we also have a regional spay/neuter clinic which performs around 6,000 spay/neuter surgeries annually It is the help of the community that makes our life-saving programs possible. Our Mission: The purpose of the Welfare for Animals Guild is to protect animals from neglect, abuse, and exploitation, to advocate for their interest and welfare, and to inspire awareness and compassion for the animals whose world we share.

The mission of Little Lives Animal Rescue is to reduce unnecessary euthanasia rates and improve the lives of cats and dogs through medical care, sterilization, and adoption. Main activities are: 1) the humane practice of trap-neuter-return (TNR), which is designed to reduce feral and stray cat overpopulation, 2) connecting injured animals with needed medical care, 3) providing friendly animals with safe foster homes until adoption, 4) community outreach and education about responsibility for appropriate animal care.
