Provide safe, loving homes for animals otherwise destined for euthanasia. Provide education regarding importance of training, vet care, etc, in order to help end cycle of pet overpopulation and euthanasia.

Save a Stray is a new group of old hats. We are determined to enrich the lives of the shelter pets of Mobile through spay/neuter programs, shelter medicine, and training classes. Spay/neuter progams are offered to decrease the number of pets entering our shelters. Shelter medicine will be provided for pets in our shelters so healthier pets are adopted or pulled by rescue groups. We hope to increase pet adoptions and the chances of that pet becoming a family member through training classes with shelter pets and at risk youth groups.

Georgina Animal Shelter & Adoption Centre is the facility which provides shelter to all cats and dogs found running at large within the municipal borders of Georgina, East Gwillimbury, Whitchurch Stouffville and Newmarket. Animals not claimed by an owner are assessed, then placed up for adoption if deemed adoptable.

OMC! (Only Maine Coons Rescue) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. We are a 100% volunteer-run/breed-specific rescue group that specializes in the Maine Coon Cat breed. We rescue Maine Coon Cat/Kitten mixes from shelters and unwanted situations. On occasion, we rescue purebred (PB) Maine Coon Cat/Kitten(s). This means that they have papers registering them as a purebred cat. In addition all of our cats are lovingly cared for in Foster homes until they are placed into their “furrever” homes. Although we cannot guarantee the percentage of Maine Coon in each cat that we rescue. Be assured that each “Coonie” cat represents the breed in a satisfactory manner. Our organization has been in existence since the mid 1990's and we incorporated in 2000. We have rescued and rehomed over 4,500 Boxer dogs. We are an all volunteer organization.

I was in rescue for five years working as manager for Animal Sanctuary Society Inc. I was in charge of all operations. I love all animals but have chosen to work strictly with cats. I have started my own rescue - Lynn's Animal Rescue. LAR has been in operation since July of 2012.

Established in 1986, the Seal Beach Animal Care Center is a non-profit, pro-humane animal shelter committed to finding permanent, loving homes for all the animals that come into our care. Our staff of dedicated volunteers ensures the animals are kept as comfortable as possible until they can be placed in to new adoptive home

Home ‘Fur’ Good, Animal Rescue & Placement (HFG) is a group of individuals who are animal lovers at heart, that have banded together to make a positive difference in the lives of homeless cats and dogs in Maricopa County. Many of us met through either working or volunteering with other organizations and over the years have formed strong friendships. Together we have aligned our diverse strengths to create an organization that allows us to share our love and compassion for cats and dogs in need. We formed Home ‘Fur’ Good, Animal Rescue & Placement HFG in August 2009.

We are a family and friends run organization of dog lovers with personal and professional experience with animals for more than 30 years combined. We rescue and offer a safe haven for shelter dogs in need, dogs who are relenquished by their owners, and offer financial assistance to limited/fixed income pet owners for medical costs or food for their dogs. We do this out of our common love for dogs, desire to help those in need, and are passionate about animal welfare.
