Cherished Pets Animal Rescue (CPAR) is a 501c Non profit rescue organization.We are highly dedicated to rescuing primarily small and exotic pets,but also rescue cats & dogs. Our goal is to rescue, rehabilitate, and find forever homes for the pets that always seem to get overlooked. We strive to provide them with healthy, loving homes that understand their individual special needs. Our team of directors and fosters have experience with wildlife, exotics, and even bottle babies. We hope you will join us in our mission to help those that can't help themselves. After all, don't we all deserve a second chance at happiness? We are a large breed rescue organization that specializes in boxers and rotties. We pull animals our of local shelters to prevent them from being euthanize. We assist with owners who which to surrender their dogs and re-homing them into a safe and loving home. With all dogs we vet them, rehabilitate them and re-home then into safe forever homes.

We are an independently run organization. Dachshund Rescue of Los Angeles aims to reduce the number of dachshunds being euthanized in local shelters and provide well educated and committed homes for homeless dogs.

OPUNDO was established to assist HSRC in Beckley WV to move healthy, adoptable dogs and cats into rescues to avoid euthanasia. At the time, they were extremely high kill. As the shelter became more self-sufficient with this (new management, etc), we branched out to start doing adoptions ourselves. We pull animals from shelters and from the public to find homes and rescues. We also offer a monthly transport to a low cost spay neuter clinic for the general public, as well as transport for shelter animals to get to rescue on the weekends.

The NTACA is a private animal control company. Primary function is government contracts.

Our primary focus is surrender prevention. We do everything we can to help the family keep their pet. We also assist with rehoming, if that is the only choice, without taking ownership of the pet. We also take in pets if there is no choice and we have a foster. We have been very successful with our surrender prevention program. Our other focus is to work with the local municipal kill shelter, by offering assistance with adoptions, promoting adoptions, recruiting volunteers, offering information about programs available.

We are a nonprofit animal rescue, education and advocacy group. We strive to elevate the societal value of animal life through various activities including: Rescue and placement of unwanted animals Provision of necessary medical care Promoting TNR Adoptions Support for and collaboration with individuals and other welfare organizations Education of the public on the importance of sterilization, basic animal care, humane treatment of animals, and the value of animals as an integral part of our society.
