Persian & Himalayan Cat Rescue

PO Box 475482
San Francisco
California
94147
info@persiancats.org(925) 838-1838
We rescue Persian and Himalayan cats in the Northern California area. We are passionate about the breed, but also recognize the special care they need. Because of our experience with Persian and Himalayans, we tend to be able to care for the cat better and help them on their way to recovery. We do not take owner surrenders and the cats we receive from shelters are almost always in bad shape and not wanted by the shelter. I volunteer because I love animals and feel the responsibility to help those who can not help themselves.

We are a group of people who are involved in all phases of equine rescue. Welcome all who want to join! We are constantly growing, trying to get all New Englanders together, as well as surrounding areas, in the best network possible. We need to find good homes, foster homes, volunteers, transport, advice, referrals, and as much support as we can to help stop the abuse, neglect, and slaughter of horses. There is no one facility, no one rescue, but a large group of people ranging from 'an extra stall' to larger 501(c)3 organizations. We welcome all horse people, location is not important, the bigger the better! Please join us. NEER is pending non profit status. Ein: 202629551
