We rescue homeless or soon to be homeless GSDs and find loving families for them.

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs and cats up for adoption. Many of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding. We also have around 50 foster homes that care for our animals not located on the property. Our kennel building and nursery buildings have A/C to keep pets comfortable that need more care or to be separated from the general population. Since we began in March of 2015, we've worked on adding improvements each year to make life as good as possible for the dogs and cats during their (hopefully) short stay with us. Our focus is family-friendly pets who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a pets temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure pets are going to the right homes.

We are a non breed specific dog and cat rescue and a community outreach organization. We understand and value the powerful connection between people and pets. As we set out to provide a safer, happier life for animals, we realized that in order to do that, we were helping people as well. Through a variety of owner support programs, we strive to keep pets in their original homes whenever possible by providing food, veterinary care, training assistance, support, and more. We work with survivors of domestic abuse, Veterans, seniors, the homeless, and children, to provide access to services, find the perfect family, and educate and inspire the next generation to take action. We are a 100% volunteer run organization that relies entirely on the support of the community. ​

The Humane Society of Imperial County takes in dogs, cats, rabbits, and an occasional pig. The HSOIC never euthanizes for space. We work with rescues to move animals out of the Humane Society and into foster homes where they can be adopted. We also work with Wings of Rescue to fly animals to rescues and shelters in other states where the demand for animal adoptions is greater. We hold adoption events in San Diego as well as El Centro to move animals out as well.

Lori and myself work together as board members decide in what's best interest for each animal adopted. We are looking for foreverl Loving ,Safe homes not temporary. We are looking for fenced in yards homes, and other ways to get exercise to help them continue to socialize with humans & other dogs. We do what we do for Gods Creatures need us to watch over them and be there eyes & ears exspecially there voice. We are always needing Donations & Sponsorship to keep all our animals vet needs going all food, grain needs , month preventives. It takes a Army to provide each animal needs. Every Pet's Dream is a small non-profit foster-based rescue dedicated to saving animals that otherwise would have been euthanized. We provide them a fresh start and an opportunity to find their forever home. In some cases we will take in owner surrenders. If animals could share their hopes and dreams with us, what would they say? They would say that they want to give love and be loved and cared for their entire lives. Every Pet's Dream believes that dogs feel safe with rules and boundaries and thrive with training, exercise and love. We are a small group of animal loving volunteers in the Thurston/Grays Harbor County areas who are embarking on an uphill journey to save stray and feral cats as well as other homeless animals. Every penny goes to the animals and we do not pay ourselves or our volunteers aside from reimbursements for supplies. We also strive to educate the community and surrounding areas about trap/neuter/vaccinate/return programs in order to instill an understanding and compassionate culture toward homeless cats. Our goal is to reduce the feral and often unhealthy cat population through TNVR and to provide information about free spay and neuter options for feral/free-roaming cats as well as low-cost options for pets as well as provide a way out for needy dogs who are on the euthanasia list at high kill shelters in other parts of the county. TNVR and rescue often intertwine when trapped animals cannot be returned for health or safety reasons, in which case the cats will stay with us until their medical needs are met and a loving permanent home/barn can be found. Occasionally, we will pick up other needy animals as well.

PittieLove Rescue Inc. is a 501(c) (3) non profit organization based in MA. We are an all-volunteer, foster-home-based rescue dedicated to the care, understanding, and adoption of the American Pit Bull Terrier. PittieLove’s primary goal is to ensure that our rescued dogs will never again suffer from abuse or neglect. We work diligently to carefully place them into loving homes where, for all of their remaining years, they will experience the affection and kindness that has been so sorely absent from their lives.
