MickaCoo Pigeon & Dove Rescue saves homeless domestic (unreleasable) pigeons and doves in the SF/Bay Area from euthanasia by providing veterinary care, foster and forever homes. MickaCoo fills a deadly gap in the animal welfare community by saving the lives of domestic/unreleasable doves and pigeons that would otherwise be killed. We're volunteer-powered, donation supported and culture changing! By providing avian vet care, foster and forever homes, we've saved more than 600 birds' lives since 2007.

MENDING SPIRITS is a non profit 501(c)(3) foster based animal rescue located in Mankato MN, that serves everyone. We are a team comprised of committed volunteers, foster homes, licensed veterinarians, trainers and educators. We are able to successfully rescue animals from animal impound, high kill facilities, owner surrenders, strays and puppy mills then place them into well-paired, permanent homes. We serve as a rescue for the community while we educate and advocate responsible pet ownership, over population control, spaying/neutering, behavioral management, training, proper preventative and maintenance care.

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) for Monterey County is your nonprofit, independent, donor-supported humane society that has been serving the animals and people of Monterey County since 1905. The SPCA is not a chapter of any other agency and does not have a parent organization. They shelter homeless, neglected and abused pets and livestock, and provide humane education and countless other services to the community. They are the local agency you call to investigate animal cruelty, rescue and rehabilitate injured wildlife, and aid domestic animals in distress. Online at www.SPCAmc.org.

Mickaboo is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in the San Francisco Bay area. We are dedicated to rescuing companion birds (parrot-type and other commonly domesticated birds) who have been neglected, abused, injured or surrendered to us. Our goals are: * To ensure that birds in our care will have a safe, loving environment for life. * To educate bird owners on the most current care information, so that the medical, emotional, and dietary needs of their birds will be met.
