Leo Feline Foundation is a cat only educational rescue and sanctuary with a different focus then most rescues. LFFs primary focus is on abandoned and feral mom cats and their kittens. LFF is also heavily involved in species appropriate nutrition. The founder of Leo Feline Foundation has been involved with TNR, spay/neuter, and cat adoptions for over 20 years. LFF focuses mainly on feral and free roaming cats, especially kittens. We trap pregnant and nursing mom cats in order to give them and their babies a chance at a better life.

We are an independent 501(c)(3) organization made up of experienced volunteers who are dedicated to the rescue and adoption of homeless Labrador Retrievers and their offspring that are in need of safe and loving homes. We respond to requests for help from shelters, aid in the recovery of lost/abandoned Labradors and accept owner surrenders. We carefully place our Labradors into foster care. While in foster care, the dog receives any medical treatment they need and are microchipped. This most often consists of spaying or neutering, updating vaccinations, testing for heartworm, tick and valley fever and treatment of whatever medical issues are deemed necessary and treatable. We do not maintain a shelter, but instead find it beneficial to care for our Labradors in the homes of our foster families. This provides our Labradors the opportunity to maintain, or regain, their confidence as a valued member of a family. It allows our fosters an opportunity to evaluate the temperament and needs of the Labrador in order to find the most suitable adopters and permanent home environment. We work to educate the public about the virtues of the Labrador Retriever breed. We encourage the public to join this cause through donations, volunteerism and humane care of animals. We also strive to reduce the pet overpopulation problem by educating about the importance of spaying and neutering animals. The Labradors who are in the rescue process have been evaluated to best of our ability to assure that they are friendly to humans and other dogs. We carefully screen Labs with a history of biting, people or dog aggression and/or severe anxiety issues. We will not intake a dog that is a serious safety risk. However, we will provide training to correct behavioral issues when it is deemed plausible by our medical and behavioral volunteers.

We are a Giant Breed dog rescue that wants to provide a safe place for large to giant size dogs during their transition from whatever situation they might be in (i.e. stray, owner surrender, shelter pick up). We want to educate the public on how to care for these gentle giants and help match the dogs to good lifelong homes.

Dane Haven, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization that has been formed by volunteers whose love for the Great Dane breed has lead them to assist Danes that have been neglected, abused, abandoned or owner-surrendered. This volunteer group has owned and worked with Great Danes on an individual level for a number of years, as well as having worked with other rescues. Danes that come into our rescue are fostered in the volunteers’ homes until a permanent family comes along. Our funding comes exclusively from donations, fundraising activities, and adoption fees. All funds are used to provide medical treatment, spaying/neutering, training, as well as food and supplies for the Danes that come into our rescue. The top priority of Dane Haven, Inc. is to better the lives of these Great Danes and to find loving, caring families that will provide them with forever homes. We believe that we can make a difference in the lives of Danes that otherwise would never have a chance.

" Safe Haven for Animals operates a free roam environment, no-kill shelter located in Scottsdale, Arizona, providing care for approximately 65 cats at any given time, with the population increasing significantly during kitten season. Our primary objective is to place every companion animal in a loving, safe home. The animals received at Safe Haven's shelter which are not adopted will always have food, shelter, veterinary care, love and a safe place to live out their lives. " Safe Haven for Animals was started in late 2004 as a non-profit, no-kill shelter. We’ve taken in sick, elderly, neglected, abused, and abandoned kitties in addition to the lost or those whose lives became collateral damage due to moves, break-ups, new couches, and other human issues. There are no paid staff members with Safe Haven for Animals; the dedicated work is performed solely by volunteers. Funding for our approximately $40,000 annual expenses for rent, utilities, repairs, medical care, food, litter, and other supplies are maintained exclusively by donation of money, time, supplies, independent grants we apply for, garage sale fundraisers (with donated items), and adoption fees ($79-89). The number of animals we can serve is very dependent on our finances. Relief for these expenses come from the very community we serve, and we humbly ask everyone we come in contact with to consider Safe Haven as a cause to get behind. Any monetary assistance we receive goes directly toward our operating expenses and keeping our doors open for as long as we can. Our promise to these living, breathing, miraculous individual souls is for a lifetime.
