We are primarily a cat rescue group for strays, abandoned, surrendered, local shelter or other cats at risk. We assist with TNR. Jenifer Brooks has been involved with cat rescue for 5 years working with Cats in Tow and MeoowzResQ. Ed Michalek has been in rescue for 17 years and is a founder, director and active with Kitty Katchers Inc (Portal # 1868)

Match Made in Heaven Animal Rescue is an all volunteer rescue organization in California and Oregon. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs, of all breeds and sizes, from the many overpopulated shelters of California where they are at high risk of being euthanized. Many of these dogs have been abandoned, neglected or mistreated and our goal is to give them a better life, by placing them into loving, responsible and committed forever homes, while providing a loving family pet to adopters in need of a new furever friend and family member!

We are a rescue that save animal lives from the shelters or bad situations. We give them their happily ever after.

Hooks is for the tow truck drivers who go out daily on calls to rescue those who are in need of help. Many do not make it back home; some end up in the hospitals,physically disabled and some are even killed as other drivers do not observe the National Move Over Slow Down laws. These guys and gals are out there for all of us twenty-four hours a day! They are the unsung heroes of the road! Home Bound Is where we all are headed to find peace, comfort and security so we do not need a RESCUE. Rescue We are an organization that saves the lives of Humans and Animals alike. Our goal is to save and help those pets in need from the "HIGH KILL SHELTERS" in hopes to cut down on the "Owner surrenders", and "ABANDONMENT." We search in the rural and desolate areas to reunite those pets with true forever homes.We also fight against "NEGLECT" and "ABUSE OF ANIMALS." We strive to teach you about sterilization, micro-chipping and vaccinating your pet. With getting connected with low cost/no cost programs to assist you in keeping your pet. We will be launching a PET FOOD BANK FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, soon, to help those families in need to keep their pets they consider "FAMILY"! We are not for profit and can only do this with the help of donations! Please consider donating with us! One Day we hope we can see the day we no longer have to be needed. With over-population of our pets and tens of thousands getting killed each year we want to educate the public about spaying,neutering, vaccinating and micro-chipping of your pet. We want to help those in need with our Pet Food Bank and low cost spay/neuter clinics in hopes of keeping more pets with their families. We rescue those pets in need, making sure they get the medical attention needed and if need be, training to become a happy adoptable pet. In assisting mankind, we promote the Move Over Slow Down Laws in the Towing Industry. Tow Truck drivers need your help when they help others in need, as they do their rescues.. Each time you break down in your vehicle a tow truck driver is there to assist you 24 hours a day 7 days a week, as we are here for the animals. As we work closer to be able to get our 501c3 (tax deductible status), We remind you, we can not do what we do without assistance from the public; As the more pets we rescue, the more the needs are that have to be met. The Delta Humane Society & SPCA is a true no-kill animal shelter. We provide shelter, medical care and adoption services to abandoned, lost and misplaced pets. Each animal that comes into our shelter is given vaccinations and placed under surveillance until it is determined that the animal is ready to go home with a loving new owner. Every animal has been spayed or neutered before adoption. Our staff does this for the love of our furbabies. Each one is given the love an attention they need until they find a forever home.

we are a 501c3 non profit rescue. We are foster based. We only pull animals from our local shelter in Yuba City. We take shelter dogs and foster dogs to PetSmart every Saturday for an adoption event. I have been the director for 3 years but have been a volunteer since ResQpaws inception in 2011. I love what I do. It is very rewarding finding homes for the dogs and cats. I love animals and enjoy finding the perfect homes for each pet.

We are a working breed dog rescue run by professional dog trainers. Trust someone with experience and extensive canine knowledge to match you with your perfect pup! Working breeds have not been breed to be pets. Often times these dogs end up in the shelter because they have not been given a job to do as was intended for their creation. We are here to save dogs who have been subject to this situation and educate dog lovers on how to live with, handle, and train these magnificent creatures! We find dogs that have been flagged for euthanasia in the Southern California high kill shelters and foster them for 1-2 months. During this time we train these dogs and work on any behavioral issues they may present with as well as completing an advanced obedience program through Shades Of Blu Dog Training. (IG: @shadesofbludogtraining) The dogs are available for adoption after completion of a training program and a careful selection of the right home for the dog. We also offer comprehensive programs where we will find you your perfect dog based on your preferences and lifestyle, train this dog for you, and then give you the tools you need to maintain a happy life with your new fur baby. As an adopter through either service we offer comprehensive guidelines and suggestions and provide you with all the information and expertise you will need to continue life with your new family member. All of our dogs go to their forever homes with training, up to date on shots, spayed/neutered, with an active pet insurance account through nationwide pet insurance, comprehensive veterinary testing to include heartworm testing, fecal testing, and blood work. Additional DNA testing is available upon request.

Started as a feral cat TNR organization but turned into a cat rescue due to high number of cats that were friendly and needed homes. Has been a 501c for 4 years but a rescue organization for 20 years. Started accepting under 40 pound dogs due to high number of dogs needing suitable homes. We help a lot of the homeless and low income with animal surrender due to no truly low cost spay/neuter clinics in the area.
