Animal Rescue Force of South Florida is comprised of all volunteers who work to rescue and find homes for unwanted cats and dogs in Palm Beach County, while also educating the public about responsible pet ownership and the extreme importance of spaying and neutering.

Grateful Paws Dog & Cat Rescue, Inc. was founded in January 2006 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. We are a No-kill, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization. Since we are a no-kill rescue, we are often subjected to more than just the basic care of an animal. Our Vet services are not free. Hollywood Animal Hospital helps us with offering discounted vet care. But even so the bills add up especially when one of our rescues needs a lot of extra care. We are comprised ENTIRELY of volunteers with full-time careers and families. We do the rescue stuff (which is our true passion) after work and on the weekends. So if your phone calls or emails are not answered by a live person right away --- it's probably because we are at work and will call you when we get home.

Our mission is to spread the message of the importance of spaying and neutering all animals and providing responsible pet guardianship.
