Paws Across Pittsburgh is a 501(c)(3), foster based, non-profit animal rescue located in the Pgh area. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome homeless, abused and/or unwanted dogs and cats. We are run solely by volunteers with the goal of providing vet care, socialization skills and nutritional needs while living in a loving foster home. All animals that enter into the rescue will receive appropriate vet care, spay/neuter, vaccinations and preventative treatments. Our goal is to assure a loving, forever home for each one of our animals. We have a monthly pet pantry, provide temporary fostering for emergency situations, have a Senior pets for Seniors program, and more.

We are an all breed rescue that advocates for the bully breeds.

I left California in 2016 and moved to Washington. Since living here I noticed that there are not as many animals here for adoption and, knowing the situation in LA, I wanted to start rescuing again. Who We Are Crops and Flops Rescue, Inc. is 501(c)(3) nonprofit boutique-style dog rescue focusing on quality matchmaking between pit bulls in need in need and loving forever homes. Our rescue is small and our focus is on making quality lifelong connections. We invest time in both our deserving dogs and potential adopters to make sure all feel supported every step of the way. Crops and Flops Rescue, Inc. operates as an all-volunteer, foster-home based rescue, which means we can focus every single penny towards supporting dogs in need. Discrimination is the pits and we are honored to be positive breed ambassadors to these magical, yet misunderstood beings. We truly believe in the power of community and second chances. Our Mission We save Massachusetts-based homeless pit bull type dogs and place them into loving forever homes. We celebrate that every dog is an individual and pride ourselves on making lifelong matches to assist in elevating the reputation and public perception of pit bull type dogs in the communities we serve.
