ASAP is a 501(c)(3)  Shelterless Animal Rescue that strives to give immediate care to neglected and abused animal's while educating the public.

We are a dog rescue. Nancy Jimeno founded the rescue and was originally saving mostly pitbulls. Overtime we have grown and we save all kinds of breeds from all over! We get dogs as strays, owner surrenders, abandonment cases, hoarding cases, the euthanasia list at shelters across Southern California and so much more! We strive to help animals in need while also teaching our community how to be better

We rescue dogs who are deemed unadoptable due to their behavior. We have partnered with two training facilities to help us. We decided to work with these dogs because these are the dogs that are put down first. Most dogs display fear at shelters and that gets them on the euthanasia list. With trainers who are committed to assist us with training these dogs become adoptable and some can become ESA animals with their training as well. It is easy to adopt out puppies or dogs who are easy but we thought what about the rest who are not helped because of the cost of training and difficulty level.

Hi everyone! Just as a little background on us, Sarah and Jules, we are originally from Pugh Zoo Rescue. Sarah founded Pugh Zoo and ran it from 2014 to 2019 after fostering and volunteering for other rescues for several years. Jules was one of her best fosters and volunteers during that time. Over that 5yrs span thousands of lives were saved but sadly personal issues arose which forced a closure. Two years later we have teamed up as Fairy Tails Rescue and can’t wait to save lives with the help of fans, family, friends and all those willing to join us on this journey!! <3

About We give dogs the most important ride of their life. Founded in 2012, our volunteer-based charity has transported close to 2,500 dogs across North America and internationally that are at the threat of being euthanized. Working in partnership with shelters, we identify and transport dogs on buses, cars and planes to pre-qualified homes in Alberta and the Eastern Region of B.C. When our dogs have adjusted from their journey and settled into their foster homes, they are either adopted by the foster or become available for adoption. We are addressing an international crisis about shelter over-populations, owner dog surrenders and discriminatory breed specific legislation. We believe that every dog deserves a new leash on life. We consistently seek fosters, funds, partners and volunteers. We are a no kill shelter who aims to educate the public about responsible pet ownership & the importance of spaying and neutering pets. We encourage people to adopt pets instead of shopping for pets! We promote keeping pets healthy through routine vet care, getting adequate nutrition and exercise, and we recruit volunteers on a regular basis to work with our animals. We have very few employees (only 2 currently) and run almost entirely on a volunteer staff.
