Mutts & Meows Animal Rescue

P.O. Box 1202
Texas
77489
MuttsAndMeows@mail.com
Mutts & Meows Animal Rescue is a private rescue headquartered near Sugar Land (in the southwestern suburbs of Houston). We work closely with other rescues as well as the Animal Control Departments of Pearland, Missouri City, and other municipalities in the Houston area, to help place dogs and cats in loving, permanent homes. Many of our dogs and cats live with foster families, so we know them well enough to make a good match between people and pets. Our adoption fees (which vary based on which agency we're working with) include spaying/neutering, vaccinations, FEV/FELV tests for cats, and heartworm tests for dogs.

Life Savers Animal Rescue (LSAR) consists of a dedicated and caring group of individuals working to rescue animals in urgent need. The focus of Life Savers Animal Rescue (LSAR) is animals in urgent need. Our animals have been forgotten, rejected, or abandoned for a variety of reasons and would most likely be euthanized if we did not intercede on their behalf. We believe these animals deserve a second chance at finding a lifetime guardian or caretaker to ensure they live out the rest of their lives in a caring environment.

Forte Animal Rescue

PO Box 10085
California
90292
info@FARescue.org(310) 362-0321
Our Mission: To inspire compassion and responsibility for animals, in addition to rescuing, rehabilitating and finding homes for companion animals. Our Profile: Forte Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, seeking solutions for pet-overpopulation, as well as working together with the community to cultivate the human-animal bond through educational programs and activities. Our Objectives: After years of work in animal rescue, we established this unique organization in January 2003 to function as a "hub" for people and the rescue community in order to help each other. We believe this is necessary in helping the rescue community to achieve its common goals of saving the lives of as many animals as possible. Stop people from taking their animals to the pound through our Outreach Program by advising them of possible solutions, introducing them to appropriate trainers for their specific problems, or assisting them in finding new homes for their pets through our Adoption Program. Serve as a liaison between animals and the general public. Our new educational program will help improve pet-people relations and understanding of responsibilities. This is especially important because lack of such knowledge is one of the direct causes of abandonment of companion animals.

we are filling the 'missing link' for abandoned animals in our area. We are a small rural community surrounded by poverty-stricken towns, campgrounds, and reservations where many animals are not neutered/spayed, dumped, abandoned, and neglected. We rehab them, spay/neuter them, get veterinary care for them, socialize, and find forever homes for these great affectionate rescue pets.

Paw Parent

pawparent@gmail.com(661) 724-0642
Our goal is to fight for the plight of all companion animals so that none of them will ever have to experience the horrors of being imprisoned in a pound system, where most of them are executed for the “crime” of being unwanted and homeless. Animals entering our sanctuary will be given exceptional loving care and all the necessary medical attention whether short term, until adopted or for their lifetimes. The survival of the sanctuary depends entirely on the support and donations from supporters, members and volunteers. Through their generous giving we will be able to save countless lives in the future.
